I believe it is actually going to be the Second Q which if I'm
correct ended Dec. 31st. So 45 days ( Feb. 14th ish ) and we
might just want to add the extra 5 days for the NT extension.

That should take us till February 19th, but it deff needs to
be out before the end of the day on the 20th as the drop dead
date.

It's complicated,....LOL
