KeepItRealistic, with DLCR, any dilution, & new management...

I bought DLCR a good while ago after reading your posts that were somewhat positive and neutral and considering the potential that would exist if all of the stars truly do start to align.

I'm a big believer that when "very" reputable people come on board of a stock to be part of their management team, they are usually not coming on board to have their name tarnished. Of course, that is not always the case, but it leads me to lean towards taking the risk if the price is right. I still believe that John Feeney is here on board with DLCR for some positive reasons that will matter the most given his huge positive background as I had explained within the post below:

Regarding the Form S-1 and any pending dilution, I truly think that if DLCR had any finite intentions to dilute, they would have done such already. I think executing the Form S-1 has been changed to now be Plan B and not Plan A anymore. The Form S-1 was filed back on October 11, 2019 to dilute approximately 1.6 billion shares at .0003 per share and such had never taken place to be executed:

DLCR is an SEC fully reporting filing company. The Outstanding Shares (OS) have been recently the same 443,354,541 shares since early 2018 indicating no recent dilution:

Here it is months later and still no dilution. I think they have new plans to keep the 1.6 billion shares from hitting the market, but I think they keep the Form S-1 in place as a last alternative if the new Plan A falls through.

I could be wrong in my views that I have explained above, but such are my beliefs for why I think DLCR will transform into an investment. More needs to be released from the company to confirm either of our thoughts one way or the each and I believe that we will hear something soon based on what some have been posting here within the forum.
