Vintage1776, to answer that DLCR question...

I don't know what happened here. So far, much of nothing, but my feelings are still the same as I will continue to have the patience of Job. I'm guessing that it's been quiet around here because there isn't anything to currently talk about. I still like DLCR for the reasons I previously posted and being a fully reporting company that files regular audited financials with the SEC don't hurt either:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DLCR/disclosure.

First -- The Outstanding Shares (OS) are still the same 443,354,541 shares and the Float (shares at DTC) has been the same too at 293,024,533 shares as unchanged for quite a while:

Second - I still believe that John Feeney is here with DLCR for some positive reasons that will matter the most. I think they brought John Feeney on board for huge reasons given his background. This guy was the Operations Manager for FirstService Residential, where he oversaw and managed 45 employees in the areas of administration, facilities maintenance and security. This was one of the two major arms of growth for FirstService Corporation which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker of FSV at $91.00+ per share and is a $3.1 Billion company:

I'm guessing that a man of his stature would not be here wasting his time on nothing or something small. There is something that I believe he has learned that attracted him to little old DLCR that motivated him enough to take a position within the company as an Officer. I'm sure as being the manager to help its parent corporation become a multi billion dollar company, he has some serious "know how" and "connections" that is going to be applied here towards the growth of DLCR. Heck, why else would he be here in my opinion?

Also, per the 8-K previously released by DLCR, adding John Feeney to your team as your Chief Import Officer leads me to think that you must have something major going on that needs to be managed by someone with a huge background of success as the likes of John Feeney:

John Feeney- Chief Import Officer

Mr. John Feeney, age 32, was appointed Chief Import Officer (CIO) on July 15, 2019 to lead the Company’s United States based import operations. As CIO, Mr. Feeney oversees all Company efforts to import exotic timber and locate suitable buyers for our imported timber. Mr. Feeney is based out of our sales office in Houston, Texas. Mr. Feeney successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Nova South Eastern University in 2010. His work experience includes Asset and Property Management, Building Construction and Maintenance Supervision. From 2011 until 2019, Mr. Feeney served as Operations Manager for First Service Residential, where he oversaw and managed 45 employees in the areas of administration, facilities maintenance and security. Prior to his position with First Service Residential, Mr. Feeney held various positions with Chartwell’s and Nova South Eastern University.

I think this is the same First Service Residential that's a major operational arm of FirstService Corporation which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker of FSV at $91.00+ per share and is a $3.1 Billion company:
