That’s the missing piece for me. Where are those billions of shares dumped? I hardly see OS less than 300 mil and no RS last 10 years. Don’t think it’s typical otc billions shares scam.

I don’t think insiders don’t give a shat about common shareholders cause they own nothing and gain nothing pumping it. Every time there was debt conversion due, they pumped and dumped on bagholders and moved on. That’s why very short pump cycles and every time i noticed OS went up right after pump.

I think every one stuck until next CD pump.
