GCGX cant file an 8k to stop the truthful statements about the CEO and the company that is being told. He can only do that if the information was not truthful.

If the company does file an 8k filing then they will have to do a formal investigation and then Mathew P Dwyer will be even more busted than here already is.

I pray Matthew P Dwyer does try to file and stop the truthful information because he will get more exposed than he already is.

So mark my words, nothing will be done by Mathew P Dwyer because he knows its all truthful information and he is just mad because it's all coming up again and again.
