I'm with you Offshore, these note holders already allowed the company to complete the RS. Most companies raise the AS to dilute all notes before a RS. LIBE did not why? Not sure but I wanna find out.

I'm hoping they are selling a large portion of the company for cash or basically get re-underwriten from institutions investor and get the necessary funding to take care current and future growth. I believe our future investors have been manipulating our share price.

Why announce a RS to crash the price??
Why not convert notes before RS??

All I know is our current Market Value is way undervalued. You want 100k shares enjoy slapping the ask for them because this thing is thin and any news we hit multiple dollars quickly.

Everyone that should have sold already did. Yesterday high volume was an illusion. Shares moving back and forth, typical penny games Red High Volume day but accumulation rose significantly.


My conclusion is the insiders investors own all the shares, they will take care of these notes so they don't hit the market. They will accumulate everything possible up to the last minute that news gets released. I doubt any notes will hit the market because they should have already. JMO
