According to all the records Nathan has his incident back in 1996 and never knew any of these people until Matthew P Dwyer was introduced to Nathan by a fuel group in Fort Lauderdale to take his private construction and oil companies public and raise more money to take over larger oil property in Oil City PA and do govt contraction with Nathan Service-Connected SDsabled Veteran Status that Mathew P Dwyer wanted to use.

According to Chris, this is when Matthew P Dwyer saw the cash in Nathan's bank account and wanted in badly with all his companies.

Matthew began plotting to make promises he could not keep and Nathan called him out, hence the split and Matthew started bashing Nathan because Nathan has the good on Matthew P Dwyers scams.

Why else would Matthew P Dwyer attack Nathan so badly???? Because he knows Nathan's got him by the short hairs and Nathan don't play in the stinky pinkies.
