LOL Shkreli did literally nothing wrong (he was railroaded for exposing how bad the FDA healthcare system was and then for mocking the Hildabeast).

If he were out of jail I'd honestly be fine with Shkreli as CEO, the stock would probably tank hard for a week but it'd be better in the long term... Shkreli would know how to garner positive attention to this stock and maximize revenues.

Shkreli's fraud was in his early hedge fund management, he did not actually do badly running the pharma he took over.
