...why don't you just stop that crap?
He's the CEO. He's doing his job. He's not sitting there like all of us ninnies hitting the refresh button 800 times a minute and crapping our pants with every movement in stock price.
He's a steely-eyed missile man, and he's doing what he sees fit to maximize the value of this company on his timetable. That's his job.
If anyone thinks they are in a position to judge his performance, then please provide the link to your CEO bio at your publicly traded company.
Otherwise, here's a more practical suggestion:
