Fishforbreakfast, welcome back to AMEP and the board. Getting out of the BDC status has been like getting out of quick sand, and the lack of PRs during AMEP's silence has definately hurt the SP, ...thankfully that process is coming to a close this month, and without any SEC fines. Both the SEC and AMEP were pulling in the same direction to move out of the BDC status.
