Good morning..Months ago when I felt the SEC was starting to look into AMEP.. I made the decision my money would be better off in other stocks..In hind sight it was a good move.

Now that the BDC status for AMEP looks to be changing. I am going to start to buy back into AMEP over the coming weeks & months..

Stocks are a business to me.. I try to place my $$ where I feel they can give me the best possible return..

AMEP has potential.. It has Leases.. They do have some value!!

I am hopefull with the coming changes and with what looks to be new directors on board.. That AMEP can get back to the business of drilling wells and posting some productions numbers..

I am advising some of my friends to again consider buying shares of AMEP..I will keep checking in from time to time.. I do plan to contact GEH for his expert opinions.. GLTA, FFB-Fish
