With all my respect. I read this forum and I thought I could learn a lot. And I do, sometimes.
But please, stop talking about 1$ just because emotions.
In August Kiwa had around 19.5M of OS. Read the 10-Q of 19th Aug.
At that time the price was 1$. That means market cap was $19,5M.
If we asume the company has not changed a lot (apart from us being diluted), and now there are around 90M OS, same market cap as in August would mean $0,216 per share.
That is a fact, no discussion.
So if the company value has not grown x5, shares shouldn't be at $1.
Just to make it clear, to whoever reads me.
As always, the market is sovereign and we are just Little Minows.
