It popped prior because of the missile strike...many hopped on board and spiked it up to 3.60 after hours and immediately hopped off when we didn't counter strike and region got calmer...
I think we are back to our slow climb....incidentally insiders had bought 6.5 million dollars worth earlier in the climb and no insider sells
Occidental Petroleum is also good....big player that has been paying 7% dividends like an ATM
