Looks like liquidmetal webpage is down and JK is still up I guess we know who won that battle:D

Battle isn't over, but Kang's attorney is definitely pissing off LQMT's atty - fact, not conjecture. Funny thing is that Kang's atty states that "Kang sent payment." Ohhh, the old "check is in the mail" scam, lol. So, if he hasn't pulled his website and related LQMT references of confusion, does anyone think he decided to make payment like he was supposed to?

Kang is like the old lawyer joke about how do you know when an attorney is lying? Their lips move.

Interesting thing is that LQMT is seeking to have the docs unsealed, which to me means there, unfortunately, may not be great stuff in those docs, but who the heck knows, as that is TOTAL conjecture on my part.

The whole thing reeks. Every time I see the word, "Kang," I feel like there is a strong need for fumigation and sterilization of everything he affects. What a scumbag.
