Here is my perspective!
Stock closed @ $.0006 so tomorrow should open @ $1.20 / share.
Currently, there are about 3,700,000,000 shares in play so tomorrow there will be roughly 1,850,000 shares available.
If any of the noteholders have any authorized shares to sell that would increase the total number of shares available to more than 1,850,000 shares in effect diluting the value of the current shareholders!
Why would the noteholders want to devalue a company they invested in? Isn't the goal for them to cash in and make piles of money when the company is actually worth something? Of course!
Hopefully, someone tries to crash it again tomorrow and opens up an amazing buying opportunity for us again!
