That's exactly what I am saying: it's the pressure of legalizing against the opposition to it. But the fact is even though the government doesn't want the marijuana industry to become as big as the tobacco, alcohol nor pharmaceutical industries...

But this article you sent to me is more like an opinion than facts, which doesn't impress me much.
