Updating the books and records,first thing.

Filing taxes..etc and dissolve the trust,file a dissolution.

Debtors did not choose to value all the assets because it would cost too much money(wink wink) and Judge Walrath was ok with that,she infact asked BR what if somebody comes back and ...etc,he said that its ok Judge,because you might or somebody go out in the market place and you know.....And that was ok with THJMW.

Estate assets is not part of LT,LT open statement filed with US trustee was to solve around $930 Million creditor claims.No more than that and its done now,they can't sell estate assets more than $500K if i am correct.
