So Leigh Hughes sold you a bill of goods and you fell for it hook, line, and sinker? Hughes background was integrated marketing communications, which is heavy promotion plainly put. So what did he know about the cannabis industry? Practically nothing. You want a steady stream of marketing promises and bright shiny bullshit eh? That might make you feel good and give a short term share price bump but marketing and press releases will only create a company that rises artificially and then when it fails to innovate and deliver on its' business plan it implodes. Nokia, Yahoo, Segway etc. are perfect examples. Mike Jennings' background is nothing but cannabis in every aspect. Highly regarded in the "underground" industry previously he's known for genetics, cultivation, production, dispensaries. This is still an early stage developing company but it is building on it's business plan and I'll take steady and slow growth over fly by night any day. I know whats going on in the production facility and it's 100% full blown production at full capacity. I get it your losing money and nobody wants to see their share price in the dumps, it's industry wide. I'd rather invest in a company that has real products, real pipeline, sales, and is an innovator in their respective industry, even if it takes awhile to see returns. Just my 2 cents but I'm not worried. Sure there will be bumps in the road but this is an emerging industry. I live in Illinois and it just went recreationally legal January 1st. People are still lined up around the dispensaries for hours in 20 degree temps and many shops have voluntarily shut down because they've run out of product. I believe in cannabis long term and eventual legalisation in other states will only increase demand. This industry has a lot of upside.
