No, actually, that applies to any rational trader/investor that understands how they work. Leveraged ETFs should never be treated the same as non-leveraged ETFs. The built-in decay factor alone is enough to illustrate that let alone other nuances. Yet, it never ceases to amaze me the number of folks that don't understand that...
