Most of us on this board, are sophisticated enough to understand that some deals will not work out.

LOI's are designed to give both parties a chance to evaluate the situation and to determine if the deal is in their best interest. Kent and his Mgmt. Team determined the Crow deal wasn't a good fit for ALPP.

It's that simple - so - beating the reason "Why" to death is simply a waist of time!

If you can't be happy with a company that is growing by leaps and bounds - perhaps you should just move on to another investment.
