This article sums up very well the problem with this stock. The CEO is paid like a successful CEO of a similar sized company but his performance is subpar at best. There has been almost no sustainable growth for three years. As a matter of fact, if anything the company has contracted rather than grow. Some of this was due to the BOD situation but mostly due to bad governance, bad hires, and a faulty plan to get in on the US market. Next week we lose the "D" designation. Let's hope there are things brewing that we don't know about.
