Most co's do not "defend" their share price.

Agreed. Amarin should not play defense. Let's say they issue a PR debunking that garbage. What happens tomorrow when Giardino and his cronies put out another garbage FUD. And one the next day. Should Amarin issue a PR defending all those? Of course not.

That being said, I would love for Amarin to become a bit less predictive. We pretty much know that unless a PR comes out by 6 AM EST, there will not be a PR the remainder of that day and it often gives shorts the green light to do their thing. I would love for Amarin to hold back some PR for a few hours and release it at 1PM instead. Nothing earth shattering, just become a bit less conventional and more unpredictable.
