Forty years of scientific research on Sigma 1 antagonism has produced nothing of meaningful clinical value in humans, regardless of any preclinical data. Nothing Anavex is doing will change that. The investors who understand science best know this. AVXL is a nice trading vehicle for now but SR-1 antagonism will fall short, as it always has.
