I've also been following these annual reports.
The latest appears somewhat abbreviated compared to previously, and Advent loses its mention, as it remains unlicensed/non-operational.

I noted:-

Expansion is also ongoing at Cobra Biologics (acquired by Cognate Bioservices in Nov 2019) to increase the Company’s viral vector and DNA plasmid production platforms for clinical and commercial supply. Phase II of the construction will create an additional 95m2of cleanroom space for the UK industry and is scheduled to be available in 2020.

Not of direct relevance to NWBO, as this extra capacity at Keele appears earmarked for viral vector and DNA Plasmid production, unless some of the capacity is eventually used for autologous cellular product.
Anyway, it's Cognate operating in the UK, albeit under the Cobra Biologics name.
