Indeed. A company would never be able to issue a bond for €600M if they were only valued at €600M, the book value is much greater and most companies are trading at a P/E respective to the industry and revenue potential, so a much higher PPS would make more sense

Depending on how well a company is established, especially in mining, there could eventually be a dividend payout higher than the current PPS, but seeming how they are in the growing phase, they may have other plans for their revenue for a while
