Janice: I have complained to the SEC about scam penny companies and each time, I've eventually received a reply to the affect: "We can't concern ourselves with penny-stock scams."

Those aren't their exact words, but the "spirit" is very close.

Someone complained to the SEC allright - WHO it was must have had a lot more PULL than I ever got with them. I agree - it wasn't from the "general public."

Shooting totally in the dark, but my gut hunch was the "Russian" connection. I don't think Canada and the U.S. want Russia involved in oil in any way on "our" turf.

Any thoughts you care to share?
