The logistics is somewhat mind-boggling, but very easily accomplished. Most of the major issues around the transportation, incoming storage, conveyor systems, processing, and out-going storage have all been worked out. The major remaining issue is perfecting the reactor system, completing the four-tube system along with further testing, and then move forward with the full-scale plant.
All of the above only takes $$$$. The idea is there, the process is there, the management is in place, the players are coming together, and the Mississippi River is about to need a traffic light at Natchez!
Someone call the Corps of Engineers.....I can se a need to widen the River!
