IMO they will spin off any operation that generates emissions that threaten green tags or other credits. power generation falls into that category. sales of fuel do not. power generation from the gas byproduct probably would, unless it burns 100% cleanly.

the big jackpot for USSP would be major JVs that accelerate construction of power plants.
