Everyone invested in NGEN TECH should email or call the company and ask them to reduce the ratio of the reverse split.
1-250 is approx 14.4 million Outstanding Shares. That's still a very small OS! It would be good for pre and post split PPS.
Most will say it's too late or is it?? Long shot maybe, but still possible. Maybe reduction of the split ratio will help get the split approved with FINRA.
It's your right as a shareholder!!!
