I think it's also a case of persistent disbelief that this can be accomplished. The logistics of the whole operation, getting access to millions of bushels of soybeans, delivery of the soybeans, delivery of the fuel, etc. As some of the pieces fall together disbelief and skepticism may slowly fade.
