Thank you for the clarification. So...Let me summarize.

The current failings of the Company are that MW took over a Company that had no revenues. Not sure how that relates to the current status, since it under restructuring, and no revenue is being claimed.

Bloated O/S is an opinion.

The belief that MW doesn't know what she is doing, or is simply sitting on her hands is an uninformed belief. MW is not the CEO. Further, she has (or claims to have) filed to up-list.

Last I heard, it was not considered good form to pound on the doors of SEC, FINRA or OTC demanding to be placed at the head of the line.

How do we correct these issues? Don't buy? Leave? To date, I have not seen a single solution presented.
