I just got off the phone with Ed Carter from NGEN / LIBE!
I asked him quite a few questions about what is going on with the stock split/name change etc. and everything seems to be moving in a positive direction.
The issues/delays with the reverse split stem from the shakey foundation and past issues with LIBE. Ed seems to be very confident that these issues will be resolved in the not too distant future.
I also mentioned that various individuals seem to think that the LIBE, NGEN, 3D TV, muffler conglomerate is a giant scam to dupe investors.
His answer was that "if it's a big scam, I have just wasted over $300K of my own money on auditors and accountants". He also mentioned that he's been working on this project for over 5 years.
After this conversation, I feel very confident with my investment in this company and will likely purchase more shares if funds allow!
