I can put an Ask up for 1K with AON below the current ask and it won't show on the L2. Anyone can do that - just because someone hits and it goes for less than the ask doesn't automatically mean dilution. All MMs can do this to hide shares. Lots of people bought well above this PPS and may be wanting out - who knows? I've got more shares than what's on the Ask and I could create a loading wall too...so what? Doesn't mean crap.
