You are correct. I might even buy shares if they didn’t have to use loan sharks to fund insiders paychecks. Very shady this is the only way they are able to remain a going concern. I bet insiders have talked themselves into why LPC is ‘good deal’. You can read the mentality in PH’s posts about using LPC. They probably think it’s good because they don’t have to give a % of the company away to a real investor. Well sometimes you have to give a little away to get a lot in return. Something stinks and it’s insiders business acumen and greed.
