1. Would have to look at the cash flow statement to confirm your positive cash flow number

2. Seriously, not considering leverage on the balance sheet? Most high yield have covenants restricting leverage to X times. As far as capitalizing leases, usually that is accomplished using EDBITDAR vs EBITDA, same thing.
