So the question is how does the Prion,(corrupted element) survive? What receptor does it use to continue to one, divide, and two survive in low nutrient, and hypoxic situations? Maybe if you found a drug that antagonizes that receptor, or in the case of cancer, does the opposite.

One of the theories of Cancer is that it takes over the survival mechanism of individual cells, and uses this against our body's own system.

You might be able to make money, for awhile, but in the long run I know from other research that there are better targets that are close to finishing clinical trials, and will devastate the drug development landscape.
