The spin-off pr gave some much needed details and reinforced the game plan. That in itself makes the stock worth more than it was yesterday in the eyes of many. Me? I've known it's worth more than 80Cents while I rode it down , and at each level was asked
"Do I want to sell or buy more." And the answer was always the same, buy more. Cause when the awaited news hits, it'll run so fast,... and dollars is soon enough , so I'm just waiting and occupying myself with other things while this seedling buds out with leaves.

Now we look forward to huge "deal" news, of sales & contracts, and negotiations.
