This new information should prove to us all that the so called non-dilutive financing using the patents as collateral was and has always been nonsense from these crooks!
As I mentioned immediately after the first of the two recent updates from Hassett, that letter and the emphasis on IF they get that financing will be used to justify bankruptcy.
With the stock price under one penny, can anyone tell me how these crooks can raise money? Can they issue convertible debt at .005? Maybe, but I doubt it!
We've all been had for years by these guys. Will somebody hold them accountable?
