Cineworld (CNNWF) recently acquired Cineplex for $2.1 Billion dollars. Cineplex's relationship with Snakes & Lattes falls under their "Amusement and Leisure Business" and in the acquisition press release, the following was mentioned about this operating segment:

"Cineworld believes this business operates in a sector poised for long-term growth as an increased share of wallet spend is directed towards experience-based entertainment, aimed at attracting large Millennial and Gen Z populations."

It's no surprise that the relationship is being expanded with Snakes & Lattes. There is a lot of money to be made by the millennial and gen Z crowds. And it is not far fetched at all to think that Snakes & Lattes would be an acquisition target for this company. Especially considering the ongoing relationship that is only getting stronger.
