Some individual INSIDE SEC is HOLDING DBMM documents from getting timestamped

>>> DBMM always responds to SEC <<<

Document filed by DBMM

1. DIGITAL BRAND MEDIA & MARKETING GROUP'S REPLY IN RELATION TO ITS OCTOBER 3, 2019 LETTER
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/3-17990-event-111.pdf

DBMM filed above letter on October 28, 2019, via email/Federal Express, means the letter RECEIVED by SEC either the same day or next day, YET, SEC chose to TIMESTAMP it as RECEIVED ON Nov. 7, 2019, which is 10 days LATE. Once, SEC time stamped it, SEC can upload DBMM letter. So, SEC DELAYED UPLOAD of DBMM letter by 10 days.

2. Letter dated 7/23/19 from counsel for Resp Digital Brand to ALJ requesting she grant the motion for summary disposition
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/3-17990-event-112.pdf

DBMM filed above letter on July 23, 2019, via email and Federal Express, means the letter RECEIVED by SEC either the same day or next day, YET, SEC chose to TIMESTAMP it as RECEIVED ON Nov. 7, 2019, which is 3 months and 15 days LATE. Once, SEC time stamped it, SEC can upload DBMM letter. So, SEC DELAYED UPLOAD of DBMM letter by 3 months and 15 days.

3. Letter dated 6/28/19 from counsel for Resp Digital Brand in response to Division's submissions of 6/21/19
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/3-17990-event-113.pdf

DBMM filed above letter on June 28, 2019 , via email/Federal Express, means the letter RECEIVED by SEC either the same day or next day, YET, SEC chose to TIMESTAMP it as RECEIVED ON Nov. 7, 2019, which is 4 months and 9 days LATE. Once, SEC time stamped it, SEC can upload DBMM letter. So, SEC DELAYED UPLOAD of DBMM letter by 4 months and 9 days.

Documents filed by SEC

1. Division's Petition for Review of Initial Decision (as to Digital Brand Media & Marketing Group, Inc.)
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/3-17990-event-116.pdf

Filing date is Dec. 3, 2019
SEC receive date is Dec. 3, 2019
So, did NOT DELAY time stamping their letter by even 1 day. SUPER FAST PROCESS only for filings by SEC.

2. Division of Enforcement's Response to Digital Brand's October 3, 2019 Letter
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/3-17990-event-108.pdf

Filing date is Oct. 23, 2019
SEC receive date is Oct. 23, 2019
So, did NOT DELAY time stamping their letter by even 1 day. SUPER FAST PROCESS only for filings by SEC.

Above, data clearly shows, how SEC time stamped and uploaded their documents within hours of filings, while in case of DBMM, SEC time stamped and uploaded DBMM documents after 3 or 4 months.

The BIG QUESTION is WHO inside SEC HOLD ON to DBMM filings and DON’T let DBMM documents from getting time stamped ? So, DBMM documents are NOT uploaded and SEC able to hide DBMM letters and filings from DBMM investors and shareholders. Is this how SEC protect investors?

I am 1,000% SURE, DBMM must have replied to SEC petition as well. You will see that once SEC upload that.

DBMM will WIN petition too. DBMM will up list to PINK and GROW BIG after that and even go OTCQB.
