If Elmer Gantry has conned more money to get this relisted, ( or to pay his electric bill), he would find the tallest pulpit and spew his relisting and riches to come sermon with the fervor of a self proclaimed genius, sorry my bad, he already tried that.
The only thing oddly impressive, is that the man can live with what he did to people. Let hope he dwells on it daily.
This is not going to get relisted, he owes too much money to too many people, legal issues, and besides that, he is just not capable of doing much of anything except the con.
Your suggestion to call the SEC is good. At best, it could make it harder to relist and take more advantage of people.
