Typically what usually happens when you have astute and professional IR, is that the company issues a press release with details and quotes from both organizations.

Then an 8K follows with very specific details. This accomplishes two important things, assures (and reassures) the market, Wholesale and Retail of a clear path and eliminates SPECULATION!

In our opinion, IR has failed miserably. Then, the company Tweets a senseless Tweet again this morning! Just unreal!
