What is the technical validity of this drug and MOA - any good support?

I saw this stock moved to mid 2s and as momentous stock bought at 2.44 and sold on Friday between 10.62 and 9.46 while coming down. Made best profit in % terms in less than 3 weeks. Kept some numbers not to regret.

Now trying to look at details on - whether it has any real stuff or it is another hype ALZ stock that will crash once traders come out.
