"One has to wonder if a settlement or win, does the price pop only a few bucks then settle back down. Would PO everyone to the max, but how many times have we seen that exact sort of reaction to good news."

The PPS popped on 9/24/18 because the top line results took the market by surprise. Most of the good news since then has been expected and somewhat built into the PPS. I see a notable pop and no sell on the news afterwards with a settlement or a court win and probably a huge sell off with a loss.

Assuming the unthinkable doesn't happen I see an upward trend as the potential for a buyout will be in full swing but if no buyout by the first half then the PPS will start to recede as it becomes apparent there will be no BO. Then the PPS will be contingent on sales/profits which will take time.

Although I realize GIA in the long term may be more profitable I'll take the BO as I have Amarin fatigue.
