If the Commons were so valuable as some claim, why would the UW's have opted for Preferred instead of Commons???

Remember, the UW's supposedly had inside info about how much assets were being hidden.

Why accept a capped Preferred when Commons will be getting the lions share of supposed Safe Harbor assets.

There also would have been no issue since the dilution of Commons was POR approved.

As usual the preferred narrative makes zero sense.
