Rob Bleckman conversation.

1. Strat - engine and propulsion system being placed on now. Next phase of testing will be at a higher altitude but still tethered. Doug Murch (sp.?) came on and took an airship that was not ready for testing and has been doing a great job of getting it to where it is ready. Cannot discuss Bob Jones role due to contractual obligations.

2. Mexico - Tim has been in Mexico several times. He has been working to get things going there with the relationships he has established. Not able to tell us what city it is. Although it is ~94 km NE of Mexico City with a pop. of 250,000. There are plans to build other networks. This is the network they needed to build to prove Globetel's ability to create and run the network.

3. Uli Alvater - was not in a conference in Russia. Was in a conference in Virginia and Florida.

4. Germany - New President moving things forward to finish the network in Helibron and two other cities and develop a marketing plan for them.

5. SEC - they are not privvy to progress of investigstion but have provided all information that has been asked of them.

6. 3rd Qtr. results - Won't be out for a little while yet. They want to make sure everything is correct.

7. Moving - They are planning on moving to Ft. Lauderdale. Where they are now is 90% doctor's offices, retirement villages and is not conveniently accessible to the airport. We have management coming from placed like London and Poland and it makes more sense to be in an office that is more accessible. Also, we would like to be in an area of more businesses. They had expanded to two suites in August and the area available is one of them they have moved out of due to the reduced number of people working for the company.

8. The Blog - As stated he wants to start a blog similar to the one Sun Microsystems uses.

I have tried to state the facts of the conversation without any type of opinion involved. We discussed more than I have written but I refuse to get into the "pumper/basher" conflict. I know most of this may be repetitive but at this point without a lot of new things to report this is all we have.
