The_Market_Doesn't_Believe_In_The_Validity_of_that_Explanation

From an alleged email allegedly from a FUNN Exec?

Maybe if it were an official PR from a FUNN exec to a reputable media outlet like Bloomberg or MarketWatch.

Re: Walmart

Every time Walmart gets trotted out, read this post for a great alternative explanation.

I need to break my silence here this one time as the negative bull-shit is out of control. Here is something to digest that you won't be hearing from management.
The second printing of "the games" ( Kill the Unicorns and Red Panda) has been completed and shipped out all over the world. The total number of games manufactured was 38,000 in this second production. Thats a LOT of games for a young small company to make; a whole lot! Games cost money, packaging and handling costs money. Shipping costs money and delivery costs money. There was only so much money to be had.
Now..... we wait for "the money" with added profits to come back to us.
This all takes time.
The third production run is already planned and will be in production in early 2020; date to be announced.
There were 2 options for this run of games. Sell to distributors located throughout the world eager to buy the games at a premium price or sell to Walmart who wants to pay the bare minimum price chewing the price down to the bare bones leaving little money for the production of a third run.
To me... it was a no brainer. Take the higher bid now and make a lot more games with the profit the next time around. Walmart knows that this is a winner and they will wait.
I look forward to the next announcement of the start of the 3rd production of games and how many are being made and will pass this information along to you when I find out.
I for one believe in openess and honesty and know that this is what many of you are looking and asking for. I hope to see more of it in 2020 from Roger, Ben and John.
Happy and healthy holidays to all my fellow longs ... See you on the flip side
