You might want to read everything a little closer, it's all about Dwyers private company "Global" not gcgx. It's Dwyers private company who has the license and CO, not gcgx. It's Dwyers private company that will be manufacturing, not gcgx. As stated in the filings, gcgx cannot receive revenues from any of the cannabis products, sales or distribution. Dwyer uses "Global" (the private company) to mislead gcgx investors... and that's why this is down where it's at. Just a typical Dwyer and crew Scam.
