I don't know the answer to that. I do know that they have more facts than what is being posted on the message board. This board is full of speculation and assumption. Based on the facts they know they have/are taking actions to make sure they don't lose anything but gain....even at our expense. On this board we are so divided in our speculation of what is going to happen. It reminds me of the biblical store of "Tower of Babel" when the people were speaking the same language and nothing could stop them from achieving whatever they imagine. They start building a tower to Heaven and God seeing this confounds their speech so they could no longer understand each other, and scatters them around the world. We are all in the same boat but can't seem to come to what really, really is going to take place. Date after date after date and nothing. I have been here before the bankruptcy and it's been the same every year for 11+. Nothing has changed except for now the BK is closed...finally. Money? Rosen said no money from LT. Others on the board say the money comes from outside of the LT. Well how much and where is the documentation that says when and how much. Again, hope and speculation.

Sorry for the long response....It's been a crueling 11+ years watching and waiting.
