Back for a second to point out that David Inne's email to Sir Pumpernickel is essentially calling into question MHill's post that by at least November 13, 2019, the SAP was already in all four regulators' hands. MHill, which is it?

Spoke with DI yesterday.

Have spoken with him numerous times and he has always been upbeat, respectful, and engaged.

SAP "draft" is in all regulatory agencies' hands. This draft is solid and they are awaiting responses....

I sent an e-mail inquiry to DI and he responded almost immediately. Here it is:
Good morning Mr. Innes.

I am an investor of NWBO over the past year and a half and I just had a question for you I was hoping you could answer. Has the SAP been submitted to all of the regulatory agencies and if so when was that completed?
